The Aum Restaurant serves a premium Arabica coffee that is grown in Northern Thailand by the Hill Tribe Villages near Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai and Mae Hong Son. Located at elevations above 1200 meters, these villages are populated by the Karen, the Lahu, and the Hmong Tribes. These main tribes, along with the smaller groups of Mien and Akha people, farm this fabulous coffee. By using these highest quality coffee beans, they are producing a flavorful, full-bodied coffee that offers a fine balance of aroma with a slightly sweet acidic flavor.

These coffee beans are carefully selected at the right time of the season. They are then roasted in a unique process that brings out the full-bodied flavour of this fine organic coffee.

Many people enjoy taking a bag of Chiang Mai Hill Tribe coffee home with them when they leave.
